Programme Leader

Mr. Kenneth Tan is Head of Regional Development and Financial Lines Manager, Circles Group Singapore. He is a seasoned insurance professional with a focus in specialty insurance across Asia Pacific. Currently leading regional development at Circles Group, he has held key roles at Howden, DUAL Asia, and ACE Group, focusing on underwriting, business development, and specialty insurance solutions.

He played a pivotal role in establishing Singapore’s first successful MGA for Financial Lines and has extensive experience spanning retail, facultative to reinsurance arrangements. Kenneth holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from LSE and is passionate about driving innovation in insurance.
