All-Risk Management: A Pathway to Resilience and Sustainability

Programme Highlights

In a world characterized by rapid changes and escalating uncertainties, the quest for success is fraught with challenges. To navigate these complexities and mitigate potential pitfalls, adopting a robust risk management strategy is crucial. All-Risk Management offers a comprehensive approach by integrating key standards: risk management (ISO31000), contingency management (ISO22320), crisis management (ISO22361), and business continuity management (ISO22301). This holistic system is designed to safeguard core business functions, enhance resilience, and ensure sustainability.

This session provides a roadmap for integrating these four critical ISO standards. Participants will gain a deep understanding of each standard and their combined impact on enhancing resilience and sustainability. The workshop will cover the practical application of All-Risk Management strategies, emphasizing decision-making under uncertainty and real-world application in participants’ respective roles.
